For the most part I thoroughly dislike dealing with car salesmen. I don't like being pressured, nor being conned by someone who thinks I am ignorant about cars.

But my experience with Ross was pleasant from beginning to end. He was completely honest, and the car he eventually sold me accurately matched his description in every way.

This was the first car I had ever bought without seeing and driving it first. And that takes a high degree of trust. Ross told me the paint was 8/10. I would have put it at about 9/10. He said the interior was 9/10. It was close to perfect. He said there were no mechanical issues, and there were NONE.

Because I live in Perth, Western Australia and the Parkline Motors is in Melbourne, Victoria, Ross sent me dozens of pictures of the car from every conceivable angle, including pictures of its belly when up on a hoist!

And when I saw the car for the first time-a beautiful black 99 Seville STS with black leather interior and 20 inch chrome rims-I was spun out. I then drove it and couldn't get the smile off my face.

Trouble is, my STS was recently written-off in a fierce hail storm. Not one panel remained undamaged.

And that may leave me looking for another STS-perhaps a 2002 or 2003. I would have no hesitation dealing with Ross again, or in recommending Parkline Motors to any fastidious prospective buyers.

It started off with a simple telephone call to Parkline motors about the ferrari Testarossa and turned into the most surprising delivery of vehicles I have ever received.

This is a quick thank you to you Ross and all your staff for your great friendly support that was provided to me when dealing with you on the purchase of my Testarossa.

I live over in Perth and the process was so easy and very well dealt with. I have owned of 35 cars in my life, purchased from QLD, NSW and even the USA.

The cars I have received in the past have all been good but this one is by far the nicest I have ever received - The description Ross gave to me was so precise that I could not believe my eyes on the arrival of my car - The car as described arrived and has not only amazed me but family and friends who have seen the car.

The reason I am writing this letter to you is to let you know what a wonderful experience it was. Your honesty, professionalism and the way you handled the deal from beginning until the end, the organisation of the transport, and the great timing with the finance personal was superb.

I could not fault the service - I will stay in touch and would love to purchase another vehicle from you guys in the future - stay in touch!

To Alf, Ross and Paul. Just wanted to say this is the 3rd car i have bought from you and it's always a pleasure dealing with your family.I cant believe i bought the last one of 5 cadillac CTS's in Australia. I had the car detailed after driving through bad weather back home. It looks like it just came out of the cadillac factory showroom. This is the only color i like and the metallic paint is unreal in the sun. You know since meeting we have become great friends and looking forward to dads lunch and a glass of wine when i'm in Melbourne next. Your dad came up and had lunch in my new pizza bar last week. Get you butt up here with Paul and come have lunch ( bring the boys with you). The new place looks great, but Ross, i need to get a Lincoln Navigator sitting in my garage, im in love with it after driving one last year so i'm off to the states later this year to see it at the motor show. Wow...... The Chaparral is everything you personally portrayed and the photos promised.

I've been a GM of some of the largest waste and environmental organisations worldwide and dealt with on a business and personal level with thousands of suppliers, some we wont mention. some poor, some reasonable and some are great to do businesses with.

Never have I been so impressed by the professionalism, integrity and value for money you have shown on a personal level and as an organisation, certainly on a first time basis

In meeting your father I can understand where the origins of business principals originate from, he should be proud of what you and your family has achieved.

The photos of the 1981 Corvette were unbelievable(maybe Ross has missed his calling).Both Paul & Ross were so easy to deal with, talk to, nothing was a problem, their PR is great.

Hi Ross.
Just a short note to thank you for your honesty above all else, as that plays a big part when dealing with someone interstate.
What began as a phone call enquiring about a new Camaro in RHD form, quickly turned out to a very pleasant & professional dealing and purchase of my Camaro. Your explanation in detail right from the beginning could not have been more accurate.
The conversion itself is as if GM had built the car in RHD form right from day one. It is an absolute credit to youself, the Parkline team and everyone who had a hand in converting the car.
There are no hestations in thoroughly recommending you and your company for the conversion and / or purchase of a vehicle to anyone.
As you know, there was a small incident when the car arrived here in Adelaide, whereby someone clipped the passenger mirror and broke it, but just as quic k as i told you about it, you arranged the supply of a new one at no cost to me.
Its great to see there are businesses out there who are not only interested in a sale but value the customer above all else.
